Comments: Over all it was a good experience, the plumber was to call me 30 to 40 minutes before he was to show up at the house since I was at work. He called me and said he would be at the house in 10 minutes which meant I had to rush from work to meet him. I made it to the house in about 15 to 20 minutes but the plumber was not there, I waited a few minutes then I noticed that the plumber was parked in front of a house a half a block down, so I road down the block to let him know he was at the wrong house. Once he got to the house he was very professional and did the job in a timely time frame. I wish Brad had been able to do the work this time.

Comments: Every body does love Bacon. They did a great job. We were living without gas and heat for almost a week and Bacon Plumbing quoted and performed in 2 days. I paid exactly what they quoted. We passed the city inspection and haven't had any issues since. Not sure why the other guys were almost double because Bacon Plumbing was able to fix the leak without breaking our backs. I will definitely be calling them again for future home projects.

They were very professional and the work they did was excellent. They were excellent communicators. Upon completion of the work, I was asked to come check it out and was asked if it was done to my satisfaction. They also promply cleaned up their tools and floor coverings. Brad stopped by to review the work and ensure it was completed in a satisfactory and he checked each bath and the kitchen to ensure proper heating of the water. Excellent experience.

Within a couple days Brad was able to locate and repair the problem, which turned out to be in my sprinkler system. Comments: Service was a replacement of a lavratory stopper assembly and stoppage of a leaking tub faucet. The lavratory went as planned as they simply replaced the rod assembly and adjusted the stopper. The second was to be just replacing the seats and washers in the tub faucets but after trying two new sets, my leak was reduced but still there. Brad decided it must be a hairline crack in the cup area that holds the seat & washer. He got 3 new cartridges and installed them at no extra charge to me because he said he stands by his quoted price. I felt bad and offered to pay for the cartridges but he wouldn't take the money. Competent and HONEST!
